Yin Yoga
This particular sequence of poses can be very effective in restoring energy, improving digestion and calming the nerves. Wonderful for relaxation or when needing some energy, and particularly effective when feeling depleted or tired. We stay for two minutes or so, not too long in the poses, which makes this practice more accessible time-wise too. Your normal Yin props will be block, cushions, two tennise ball and strap. Enjoy the practice. -

This is a variations of low lunges, stretches, standing and seated poses, plus flowing movements to make whatever day it is feel like an easy flow. This is an overall, full body practice, from standing, balancing, sitting, backbends and relaxing. -

Power yoga, some dynamic strong movements to warmup and body using core and arms to balance and strengthen the entire body and to relax the mind. -

Using Tennis balls and Blocks to soften the facia and create more flow into the nick, shoulders, hips, legs and arms. Moving slowly and softly.
