Yoga Event November 16 from 5:30 to 7:30

My self and Kaye will be hosting a workshop at Good Life Cederbrae Location in November 16 from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M for two hours. We will go over the following items with our members:
- Starting with the Mantra 10 min ( Mary)
Introduction – do the Mantra and have everyone repeating after me, Om Saha Naavavatu. The peace prayer
- Pranayama -10 minutes
v Cooling Breath – Sitkari pranayama. Kaye
v Kapalabhati – Shining Skull Mary
Styles Of Yoga Introduced:
- Hatha – sun salutations – a few standing ( trikonasana, Warrior one, side twisting, side angle binding and balancing poses ( Tree pose, Dancer pose, Warrior 3. Mary (20 minutes)
- Ashtanga Yoga– Kaye (10 minutes)
Parsvottanasana and holding toe balancing.
- How to do properly poses: total time 35 minutes

- Yin Yoga –sitting poses Mary (20 minutes)
- Relaxation(savasana) focusing on the chakra sounds Kaye (5 minutes)
Ending with Pranayama Brahmari – The sound of the honey bee (snoring sound) which I can introduce. Mary (5 minutes)
Questions/Feedback forms – to hand to the members and have them completing it.
